1. ARE ALL MOTO NERA PRODUCTS AUTHENTICALLY CREATED IN THE U.S.A?
Our entire clothing line is currently designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.!
2. DO I HAVE TO CREATE A USER PROFILE TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM MOTO NERA?
While it is not necessary to do so, you will receive incentives and promotions through your user profile that are not available to non members.
3. HOW DO I CREATE A USER PROFILE AT MOTONERA.COM?
There are several opportunities to create a user name and profile both on the home page and shopping cart.
4. I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD - HOW CAN MOTO NERA HELP ME?
If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot password" link and Moto Nera will send you an automated e-mail with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via e-mail. 
5. DOES MOTO NERA HAVE ANY STORE LOCATIONS?
Currently, we are a web based retailer and working with key retailers nationwide to represent our products. See our website for full details.
6. WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT WORKING FOR MOTO NERA?
You can find all the information you need about working for Moto Nera by joining our Facebook page and following us on LinkedIn. All jobs will be posted there. 

MOTO NERA PRIVACY INFORMATION

1. ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?
Moto Nera processes all payments through Authorize.net. All information will be sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Find out more by reading our Privacy Policy.
2. WILL MOTO NERA EVER REQUEST MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH AN E-MAIL,SUCH AS CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
If you receive an e-mail in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please note that this was not sent by Moto Nera. We will only request account information in response to your queries via e-mail or phone, or when there are uncertainties about your placed order. Moto Nera will never ask for bank details through unrelated e-mails. Please be aware and do not respond to any requests of this sort. If we ever ask for personal information in an e-mail, we will always ask you to contact us by phone at (239)300-9697, or e-mail info@motonera.com. We will never ask you to respond through a link. 
If you ever receive an e-mail in which you are asked to give sensitive information via a link, do not reply or click on the link. Delete the e-mail immediately to ensure your web safety.

3. WILL CONTESTS OR DISCOUNTS EVER BE PROVIDED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN MOTO NERA?
Moto Nera contests and discounts will be promoted through motonera.com, our e-mail campaigns or our official social media channels. We caution you to read the fine print and legal disclaimers when entering any online contests. In most situations, the third party promotion is in no way associated with our brand. 

MOTO NERA PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. WHAT ARE MOTO NERAS PREFERRED METHODS OF PAYMENT?
We accept all major credit/debit cards issued from U.S. banks. Moto Nera also accepts payment via a PayPal account.
2. WHAT CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED MOTO NERA?
The following credit cards are accepted at Moto Nera: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. 
3. HOW DO I ADD AN OFFER CODE TO MY ORDER
If you received an offer code from Moto Nera, you can enter this code at the checkout page. There will be a section before you finalize the order, where we will ask you to input your offer code in the appropriate field. 

MOTO NERA RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. WHAT IS MOTO NERA'S POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Please read our policy on Returns and Exchanges for more information. If you have questions on our shipping process, please read our policy on Shipping and Handling too. 
2. HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER?
Log into your Moto Nera user profile and select "Pending Orders." Here, you can edit or cancel orders that haven't been processed yet. Please note: we ship almost immediately after your order is processed. In most cases, once the order is shipped it must then be received before being returned.

MOTO NERA GARMENT CARE

1. WILL MY MOTO NERA GARMENTS SHRINK?
Most Moto Nera garments are prewashed and treated. However, a shrinkage of up to 3% for woven garments and 5% for knits/jerseys may still occur. 
2. HOW SHOULD I WASH MY MOTO NERA GARMENTS?
To ensure the greatest quality, please follow the “wash with care” instruction card and any other labels that are attached to each garment. A majority of these garments have applications requiring delicate or hand wash only.
