Your happiness is our happiness. All items purchased from Moto Nera may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A return or exchange authorization is available by simply clicking here or calling us at (239)300-9697 between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday. (Yes, we answer our phones!)
Your returned package will be inspected upon receipt and must be in its original unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition. Items that have any altered appearance precluding resale will not be credited. This includes, but is not limited to food, beverage, smoke, makeup, deodorant or any other external influence. (Yup, we have seen it all.) Please return all packaging, tags and labels as originally attached. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returned items will be credited in the same manner as originally tendered. Please understand that with some banks this can take as long as 10 days to resettle. If you have any questions, simply call us at (239)300-9697.


Exchanges will be granted with the same terms as our Return Policy, except we will ship your replacement item free of further shipping charges.


Some items are just not refundable, these include but are not limited to Moto Nera gift cards, Shipping and Handling fees and Final Sale items.

Many Moto Nera products have design elements which create a “well worn” appearance. These elements include, but are not limited to unfinished hems, intentionally placed holes, distressed washes and finishes. With time and wear, these items become more pronounced. By following our “wash with care” instructions, we’re sure you will enjoy the appearance of these products. However, these are not considered design flaws and are not subject for exchange or return.
Our “love note” wash instructions can be found on the tags of all Moto Nera garments. Wash instructions can also be found on each garments care label.


  1. Where do we ship?
    Currently we ship to the Continental United States via UPS and USPS. Other countries coming soon please check our website for details.
  2. How long does Standard Delivery take?
    Generally all orders are processed same business day Monday thru Friday and are delivered with in 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for 24.99 and generally will get your packages to you with in 3 business days.
  3. What are the shipping and handling costs?
    Moto Nera has a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 per order. We also offer expedited Delivery for $24.99. (Generally expedited delivery has a 2 to 3 day in transit time) Please call for other services currently not featured. 239 300 9697

  5. Is Next Day Delivery available and how long does it take?
