Living Room Vibes: My Favorite Design Details Of My Cozy And Chic Space
Welcome Home

When it comes to my living room, it truly lives up to its name—I live in it. As someone who works from home in a small condo in Miami Beach, this space is where I spend most of my time. It’s my office, dining area (my kitchen and living room are essentially one space), creative studio, and relaxation zone all in one. Whether I’m blogging, watching movies, sewing, or painting, everything happens here.

Because of that, I needed the decor to feel simple, uncluttered, and neutral —a space that allows my creativity to breathe. Over time, I’ve transformed this room into something I love. It’s functional, stylish, and perfectly reflects my design philosophy.

Here are my favorite details that make this space feel like home. Welcome in!

A Few of my Favorite Things
  • Stone coffee table: Insanely heavy but also insanely gorgeous. I love using natural elements in the home.
  • Couch: my sleek, low profile, vegan leather couch: Mine is from Rove concepts. Since the space is small, I kept the couch on the smaller end as to not overwhelm the space.

  • Merino wool rug: I am obsessed with this rug I found on wayfair. I like how plush it is and how it is similar in color to the floor, so it blends in. Like I said, I like things simple.

  • Bean bag chair: This one is actually indoor/outdoor so I can easily slide it out to my patio. Since my couch is not big and fluffy, it was my way of adding a more plush seating option.

  • Fluted end table: This one is from west elm, its just so chic. Great for placing candles or for resting your drink on.

  • Plants: I am big on biophilic design and bringing the outdoors in. I also love the pop of green they bring into the space.

  • Frame TV: It really is so much prettier than most tv’s.

I love how this space has come together— simple, stylish, and functional for everything I do. If you're designing a multifunctional space, my best advice is to keep things intentional and uncluttered , letting each piece serve a purpose.
