Welcome to Miami

I moved to Miami Beach in November 2020 in search of a fresh start and a place to find inner peace. I know what you might be thinking—Miami is all about the party scene. But the Miami I’ve come to love is a wellness haven, filled with incredible shopping, delicious restaurants, and some of the best fitness studios in the country. It’s been a while since I last shared my Miami recommendations—a question I get asked often—so here’s my much-anticipated 2025 guide to the 305!
